Terms and Condition

Engineering Graduates - Fresh / Experience ( Pass in B.E / B.Tech / Polytechnic Diploma holder ) / other Graduates - Candidate / Student. You Shall Registered Your Self by Filling Online Admission Form and Pay the Course Fee through Credit Card / Debit Card / Net banking etc. for required Online Course as applicable

1. All Certification Courses are design as per Sanjary Educational Academy norms including Sanjary ( SEA ) Engineering Professional Certification Program , Industrial Job requirements and International Codes & Standards.
2. Admission is consider only on completion of Online Admission & Online Payment of full Course Fee for particular online course
3. 4. Candidates documents will be checked - ( i.e Pass certificates -B.E / B.Tech / Polytechnic Diploma / other Graduates or Mark sheets etc )
5. Admissions are strictly non-transferable on any other name and any other course.
6. Online Course Fee will not refundable at any circumstances
7. Online Course Fees which includes Course Material –( sending by registered email ) ,Online Classes, Examination & Certification, Re Examination ( if required ) Ordinary Mail / Post of hard copy of certificates .
8. Registration number of Candidate / Student will be assigned after completion of clause 2 & Receipt of course fee amount in Sanjary Educational Academy Bank Account
9. The admission shall be confirmed only receipt of full payment of online course fee. In case , the admission formalities are not completed on or before the date of Commencement of online course or any other reasons then the admission / seat stands transferred to the next batch.
10. Sanjary Educational Academy is not responsible for the completion of course for irregular students.
11. Candidate / Engineer / Student only with 75% of attendance will be allowed to appear for the final examination
12. Candidate / Engineer / Student shall be allowed to appear for the final exam only for 2 attempts. Student / Engineer / Candidate failing in the 2nd attempt shall apply for Re-admission. Repeater will be allowed to appear for Examination with assigned date and time.
13. Change of Online Course dates and timings will be informed only vide SMS or WhatsApp ,Email or Telephonic Conversation
14. Result – Pass Candidate - (a ) Softcopy of certificate, marks sheet will be send by registered email within one weeks ( b ) statement of marks or marks sheet emailed to candidates will not include number of questions answered correctly but their converted obtained marks & percentage ( c ) A hard copy certificate , marks sheet and qualification card will be mailed out approximately 2-4 weeks
15. Sanjary Educational Academy reserves right to change the Time Table, Course Content, and Online course fee without giving any prior notification.
16. Daily Classes for Online Course : 60 Minutes ( Indian Standard Time ) for National & International Students / Engineers
17. Sanjary Educational Academy reserves right to deny admission to any Candidate / Engineer / Student or to expel any Candidate / Engineer / Student at any time during the Online Course/ Classes who fail to follow above rules and regulations, without giving any reason and returning fees.

Your order is an offer to purchase Online Course Services from us. The Online Course Service will be made available to you once your payment has been authorized (Receipt of online course fee amount in Sanjary educational Academy Bank Account ) and the online classes session will be started as scheduled Date and Time. There will be no contract of any kind between you and us unless and until you make authorized payment for the Online Course Service. At any point up until then, we may decline to supply the Online Course Service to you without giving any reason.

All Payments and all credit card / debit card / netbanking handling is through third party payment processor. No card ( credit / debit etc. ) & netbanking details are held by the Sanjary Educational Academy. Where you make a payment online , you will receive a receipt of payment for all credit / debit card / netbanking payments by email or other form of electronic notification ( as applicable ) and this, for the avoidance of doubt , will be the Booking / Seat Confirmation of Online Course at schedule date and timing .

At any time of purchase Online Course Services (during the working week & weekend), a confirmation email will be sent to the customer ( Student / Candidate ) acknowledging payment and successful enrolment in the online course after receipt of online course fee amount in Sanjary educational Academy Bank Account

After purchase online course customer ( Student / Candidate ) will be received course materials by email .

Note: that the documents / certificates are Patent protected and copying or making any falls such certificate and misuse of the same will be liable for prosecution by the Sanjary Educational Academy Management.
